Teak A to Teak D Topside Piping

Client: PERENCO TT

SMSCL was responsible for fabricating, welding, blasting and painting and delivering the spools to the Client’s on land base.

For the Mechanical field works, SMSCL was required to execute the following:
· Field installation of the prefabricated pig receiver.
· Field install the fabricated spools and structural supports
· Install pipe supports and U Bolts
· Rigging and Installation of new Topside Piping and Pipe Supports on Teak A and Teak D Platforms.
· Hydro testing and Bolt Torque of Flanges and Piping System on Teak A and Teak D
· Scaffold Erection Over the Side and Underside for Riser Tie-In
· Denso tape and flange protection application

For the Electrical Field Works, SMSCL was responsible for executing the following:
· The installation and commissioning of instrumentation works for SDV – 030 & SDV 110 C
