SMSCL was responsible for fabricating, welding, blasting and painting, ensuring NDE was performed and passed and deliver the three (3) Winch Structural Supports to the Client’s base. Additionally, SMSCL fabricated one (1) Chain Hoist and Trolley Support Frame, Sheave Supports (Types 1 and 2), additional Bracings and Supports
For the Mechanical field works, SMSCL was required to execute the following: Field install Prefabricated Structural Supports and Braces as well as install the necessary reinforcement beams on Teak DD Cellar deck. Installation of the winches on the installed structures and installation of snatch blocks and winch cables. Additional works included the supply and installation of Scaffolding, Rigging, Welding, NDE and Painting to the client.
